Miriam Landis is an author, educator, and former professional ballet dancer who brings deep experience in both the performing arts and education to her work.  

 

She writes fiction that blends her deep love of dance with themes of resilience, growth, and artistry. Her books include Lauren in the Limelight, Girl in Motion, and Girl on Pointe. 

 

Miriam is a mom of four and loves supporting the dance and literary community. She teaches ballet in the Pacific Northwest and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of dancers and artists. ​
